Skiathos Boutique Villas Ftelia is a three (2 floor) villas in Skiathos Island, Greece, located near the Skiathos town in the Ftelia village, only 10 min from the Ftelia and Megali Ammos beach. The villas rental is situated just 1 km of Skiathos town, with a partial sea view surrounded by a large olive grove.

Villas is available as a vacation rental from April to November (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and provides accommodation for up to 4/6 guests. The villas consists of: large living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, spacious veranta overlooking the garden.

At the top of the Agios Fanourios hill, Pension Theofilos is overlooking the whole of Skiathos from a pleasant height and distance. This recently built complex comprises of 18 double bedrooms. Each room has a kitchenette and a bathroom. The rooms however can sleep up to 4 persons, as there are spare beds available. The balconies offer a fantastic view over the town of Skiathos, the airport and the hills surrounding the town. On hot days this is the place where there might be a breeze to catch. The rooms are plain and are kept clean on a daily base. Mr. Theofilos and his charming daughter Eugenia are always there to offer you their friendly service.

We are only 5 minutes away by car from the Airport, 10 minutes walk away from the port of Skiathos, 1 minute from the public bus transport (access to most major beaches of the island). Within walking distance to the center of Skiathos town, guests have immediate access to a bakery and to the biggest super market (which offer goods and services that will satisfy all needs). Also close to the Gasoline Station, Travel Agencies, Car Rentals, eurobank (exchange money), Taxi Station, Marina Commercial Center. Within the center of Skiathos town, our guests can enjoy numerous bars, for a relaxing drink, many different restaurants that range from typical souvlaki to the best spaghetti with lobster in Skiathos.

Mr's Dina's rooms are located at a very tranquiland, green and freshness environment and its verandas are infront of the garden and the orchard with vineyard and fruit-seller trees.

Driades villa is located at one of the most beautiful areas of Greece in a property, in the heart of Koukounaries forest, 11 km from Skiathos town, 400 m. away from the famous beach and the Marina 100 m. from the bus stop, the taverns, Κinder's play yeard, the Super Markets, the Equestrian club, Strofilia's lake - golf course the adjacent hotel's Swimming pools (with free entrance for our guests) and the tennis court.
